BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES WHILE PRODUCING RAW MILK FOR DIRECT SALE
Northeast VT location TBA
H. 125, the Raw Milk Bill, is set to become law as of July 1, opening the door to new opportunities
in small-scale milk production and direct consumer sales, as well as increased exposure to legal
and health challenges. This workshop series, repeated in three statewide regions, seeks to educate
farmers selling direct to consumers and improve management practices to reduce liability.
